About Mia
Mia Collins is the founder of Prep and Perform, where she speaks and runs workshops on opportunity, visibility and performance.
Her career began in B2B sales before she launched her first business in the fitness and meal prep industry in 2021. Along the way she qualified as a Sports Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, competed as a bodybuilder at national level, and fulfilled a lifelong dream of becoming a candidate on The Apprentice 2025.
Each chapter has followed the same repeating pattern: enter a high-visibility environment before you feel ready, perform under real pressure, and extract the compound assets that build the next opportunity. She did not know she was following a methodology at the time. She does now, and she teaches it.
Today, alongside her work in Cyber Security consultancy, Mia helps individuals and organisations develop the confidence, discipline and strategic mindset required to create opportunities and turn ambition into measurable success.
